TACTICAL MEDICAL PRACTITIONER
Tactical Medical Practitioner (TMP) is one of the most comprehensive Tactical EMS training programs for any EMT or Paramedic, who operates on a tactical team. With the current and emerging threats that face law enforcement today, integration of skilled medical support is critical to mission success. TMP teaches everything from pre-mission planning and medical threat assessment to providing care in austere or high threat environments. Students will learn the many differences of providing care in a tactical setting. Whether it's assessing a sprained ankle or treating a critically injured patient, students leave understanding how to provide care as a member of an integrated tactical team. Students should expect to be challenged mentally and physically.

EXTENDED AUSTERE PROVIDER
Extended Austere Provider is one of the first of its kind. Understanding the environments that some medical providers operate in, we built this course to bridge tactical, wilderness and critical care medicine.
This 5-day immersive educational experience will prepare students to provide care for prolonged periods of time when the next level of care is days away. This course allows students to be exposed to equipment, procedures, and mindsets that may not currently flow through to traditional pre-hospital care providers.

TACTICAL EMERGENCY CASUALTY CARE
This 2-day course covers topics designed to decrease preventable death in the tactical situation. Topics include Hemorrhage control; surgical airway control and needle decompression; strategies for treating wounded responders in threatening environments; caring for pediatric patients; and techniques for dragging and carrying victims to safety.
At the core of the TECC program are three distinct phases that have been well-proven by TCCC-trained personnel in the war against terrorism in Iraq and Afghanistan.

TACTICAL COMBAT CASUALTY CARE
The TCCC-MP (TCCC for Medical Personnel) course is designed for combat EMS/military personnel, including medics, corpsmen, and pararescue personnel deploying in support of combat operations. NAEMT also offers Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) for civilian tactical EMS.The TCCC-AC (TCCC for All Combatants) course is designed for non-medical military personnel and includes first responder skills appropriate for soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines.
SOAR's TCCC courses are taught by very experienced, well-trained subject matter experts. To support course sites, instructors and students, NAEMT, the parent organization of TCCC, maintains a network of tactical affiliate faculty both in the U.S. and internationally, and staff at its Headquarters Office. Course administration is streamlined and cost-effective.
