Each team runs a lane spanning all phases of TCCC/TECC — care under fire through tactical field care and evacuation — judged by experienced operational medical providers.
The lane culminates in a prolonged clinical care scenario: the decisions that live between the boxes, where expertise is separated from memorized protocol.
Saturday's training day — vendor showcases, product demos, and program-specific tracks from POCUS to junctional hemorrhage — prepares teams for the lanes.
Sunday closes with the awards banquet at 18:00 — fellowship, recognition, and the crowning of the world's finest tactical medics.
