EXPERTISE LIVES
BETWEEN THE BOXES.
The SOARescue International Tactical Medicine Competition brings tactical medical providers from around the world together to collaborate and compete in a community of peers — the only international event of its kind.
Built as a training day and a competition day, ITMC gives attendees and competitors the opportunity to increase knowledge, refine their craft, and test their decisions where no protocol fully covers the call.
TWO DAYS. ONE PODIUM.
Vendor displays and equipment showcases, product demonstrations, and program-specific tracks — from POCUS to junctional hemorrhage — preparing teams for the competition lanes. Open to competitors, volunteers, and patient actors alike.
Ten teams run an ~45-minute lane spanning all phases of TCCC/TECC and culminating in a prolonged clinical care scenario. The day closes with the awards banquet at 18:00 — fellowship, recognition, and the crowning of the winning teams.

WORLD-CLASS FIELD.
