Course Overview
Technical Austere Medical Evacuation (TAME) is SOARescue's answer to the complexities of providing evacuation care. TAME bridges traditional transport critical care medicine with the operational realities of moving patients across non-standard platforms — ground, rotary-wing, fixed-wing, and improvised. The curriculum covers lab interpretation, operational pharmacology, advanced respiratory and anesthesia management, whole-blood resuscitation, and the team mechanics of working around aircraft and rescue assets. Built for experienced providers with an enroute care mission.

What TAME graduates say
As someone with no medical background, TAME made complex skills accessible. I can now apply a tourniquet and pack a wound under stress.
