Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 12 students (6 for some courses under contract).
Host Benefits
The host agency provides the facility and resources (classroom, scenario sites, etc.) and receives one compensated seat. If registration reaches 23 students, a second incentive seat is provided.
Marketing Support
SOARescue assists with marketing via social media to help fill remaining seats, and requests the host agency co-market. SOARescue will provide course marketing material for distribution.

Tailored Content
Often the ideal path — allows the curriculum to be customized for your specific agency needs and operational environment.
Flat Fee
Agencies pay one set fee for a maximum of 24 students.
Lead Time
Should be scheduled at least (3) months in advance.

Invoicing

A detailed invoice outlining attendee names and dates will be provided.

Agency Purchasing Pathways

Prepayment (Preferred)

Secures seats and reduces the administrative burden after the course.

Post-Course Payment

Available for agencies with an official “authorization” email from a financial decision-maker to ensure funding is approved.

Registration via Coupon Codes

Once authorized, SOARescue issues a unique coupon code for students. This allows individual students to register on the platform without needing to enter personal payment information.

Student Communication Timeline

Registration Confirmation

Students receive a registration confirmation immediately upon sign-up.

30 Days Prior

An email is sent with instructions for accessing the online Learning Management System (LMS) for pre-course work.

Pre-Course Joining Instructions

Final details including addresses, show times, and required equipment are sent before the start date.

Venue

Facility & resource requirements

Facility needs vary significantly by course type:

Basic Medical

e.g., BCON, Stop the Bleed

Requires only a classroom.

Tactical / Rescue

e.g., TMP, RMP, TAME

Requires specialized spaces such as staging rooms, scenario areas (Sim House), lab spaces, high-angle tower, collapse structure prop, confined area and/or trench prop, pool, and stocked heavy rescue apparatus.

Military

e.g., TCCC tiers, SMTC

Requires specialized spaces such as staging rooms, scenario areas, lab spaces, and field training environments. (May vary depending on the request)
